Michelle Graziano, MD

Michelle Graziano, MD, is an internal medicine physician. Her main clinical interests are primary care, adult health, women’s health, chronic condition management, weight management, health screenings, prevention, wellness, and global health. Dr. Graziano received her MD from Duke University School of Medicine, in Durham, NC. She did an internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Hospital (Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai), in Manhattan. Dr. Graziano joined Englewood Health Physician Network in 2024.
