Ahmed M. Ahmed, DO

Dr. Ahmed specializes in gastroenterology. His main clinical interests are inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); GI motility disorders; GI bleeding; diverticulitis; H. pylori infection; gastrointestinal cancers, including colon cancer, esophageal cancer, and stomach cancer; and colorectal cancer screening and prevention. Dr. Ahmed received his DO from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, in Stratford. He did an internal medicine residency, followed by a gastroenterology fellowship, and was chief fellow, at University Hospital (Rutgers New Jersey Medical School), in Newark. He joined Englewood Health Physician Network in 2024.
