She teaches outpatient medicine in the Englewood Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program and volunteers internationally as a medical missionary.

Dr. Fadil has been an Internal Medicine primary care provider in Bergen County, NJ for over 30 years. She recognizes the importance of disease prevention and has a special interest in early identification and management of disease risk factors. Lifestyle modification modalities are emphasized. She also teaches outpatient medicine in the Englewood Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Louis Jan has been part of the Englewood Health community since 2003. He is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. He received his MD degree at Jefferson Medical College. He completed internal medicine residency training at the University of Maryland Medical Center, and his fellowship in Nephrology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he was appointed chief fellow in nephrology and was awarded the Schneider Family Fellowship Award in Nephrology.  Dr. Jan participates in the training of clinical residents for the Internal Medicine Residency program at Englewood Hospital, and was given the Excellence in Clinical Teaching award at Englewood Health. Dr. Jan’s private practice specializes in chronic kidney disease, which is caused in the majority of cases by lifestyle diseases (diabetes, obesity, hypertension and smoking). Chronic kidney disease is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease and premature disability/death. He is a strong proponent of stressing wellness and promoting healthy lifestyle changes to prevent and delay the progression of chronic kidney disease and its complications.
